No Concept consists of two members. Jesse James & Boom C, ready to take Denver to a higher place musically. They get a lot of props for there Rap/Hip-Hop, Rock, and R&B swagger. Born just one year apart, this rap duo grew up on the same streets of North Denver. As a kid, Jesse James grew up in the Rock n Roll scene and fell in love with drumming. On the other hand, Boom was influenced by his family in the early 90’s to the art of Breakdancing and all the elements of Hip-Hop. But with the two of these talent together, anything can happen. Recently, No Concept has been working really hard in the studio and there Buisness label Top Notch Records. Releasing a entire album " Time 2 Shine," and mix-tape " The Strips Hot, Blocs On Fya Vol. 1," at the same time, NC is preparing for there debut. There still in the lab and working hard everyday on future albums and mix-tapes for the people. Performing over 30 local gigs in a six month period and working in the music industry as local stage hands for production companies. No Concept gets a close up look from backstage on how this game/music industry works. Making Beats, playing live instruments, and creativity in the booth are just a few of talents the group has. “Growing up for me, I had a lot of influences. My older brothers and cousins along with Colorado Pioneer Dj Fame, lead me on to the rap music they listened to and breakdancing became a big inspiration to my life,” says Boom C. Born August of 1987, Jeremiah J Castillo started rapping in the late 90’s shortly after he stopped breakdancing. Growing up in the millennium for Boom was parties, battles, and freestyle cyphers. At the age of 18, Boom C recorded his first 16 bars on track with underground Denver rapper Lil Lazy Loc and underground Sacramento, California ghetto celebrity C.O.S. (From Siccmade Records).Introduced him to a whole different world of rap. Born in Denver, Colorado, December of 1986, Jesse James Baiotto was raised into the industry. At the age of six, Jesses father took him on the road while touring with Metallica as a carpenter/rodie. While performing a sold out show in Billings, Montana, Jesse got a chance to play a song live next to Lars (The drummer for Metallica). " This is were I got my first taste of fame and when i knew that this is what i want to do for the rest of my life,"says Jesse. The name, “No Concept” originated by three freestylers addicted to the cypher and recording freestyles back and forth. They first started out rapping about anything, funny, stupid, serious, and creative.When Boom and Jesse were introduced to each other from a local friend and theres skills, shortly, they inherited the name and flipped the script to tracks with a topic, and meaning. Not just money, cars, and clothes. But songs that people can relate to in the real world. Already, they have recently collaborated with the underground Houston, Texas rap artist Rasheed from Dope House Records. And well respect Houston Rapper/Producer Filero. With lots of goals in mind for new Rap/Rock/R&B creations and different new flavor for the industry. No Concept is destine to shine with there music and raw talents. “Our concept is a mile higher than the rest. To put Denver’s music scene on the map.” As presidents of Top Notch Records and a in house studio, there also working with instruments and educational learning.
